Murphy for Kingston
Dear friends and neighbours,
After much consideration and many conversations, I have decided that I will not be running for office during the 2026 municipal election.
This has been a difficult decision, but I am learning just how quickly children grow up, and my focus for the coming years will be on my young family. I look forward to learning more about my hometown, this time through the eyes of a parent.
Given my current research work on municipal politics and electoral integrity, I will be remaining neutral through the campaign period.
All the best,
Michael
